Only connect CAN L and CAN H ! GND pins and 5V should never be connected in a V6/V75 based SUPERFOC ESCs or VESC array.




Attention Points when you receive the Controller Please:
All products had been double checked and tested one by one before shipment, only if the products are working normally would be shipped out.
- When you receive the controller, please test without load and do not connect motor, first check if the controller can successfully connect to your computer, if ok, then connect to motor and you can start to adjust parameters.
- Do not use switching power supply, the instant voltage when switching power supply connect to controller is very high, which would easy damage the controller.
- Do not push the throttle too hard when test without load, gently and slowly speed up.
- Be cautious when adjust parameters, if parameters set mistake, would also easy damage the controller.
- Please must remember to change to corresponding modes when you adjust parameters, for example, the controller default mode is BLDC mode, but if you want to detect FOC mode and adjusted FOC parameters, at this time if mode in VESCTOOL didn't change to FOC mode, then when you push throttle, would easy burn the VESC, same as FOC mode.

In FOC mode, ERPM suggest to control in 30000-40000; In BLDC moed, ERPM suggest to control in 50000-60000, otherwise driver IC would easy to be damaged. ERPM= motor pole pairs number * KV * Voltage
ERPM= motor pole pairs number * KV * Voltage - If you use UART port, the wire better do not over 0.5m or even shorter, and better use Stranded wire.
- For V4 based controller:
Do not suggest to use FOC mode, suggest to use BLDC mode.
If need to use FOC mode, then must use voltage under 20V.
- The above are only suggestions based on the experience of our engineers. how to actually operate is up to you. Parameters for different setup is also different, please noted

The remote has 2 Modes, signal output pulse width is different in 2 modes:
- Esurf Mode is 1ms-2ms, no stop no brake, if you use Esurf mode to work with VESCTOOL compatible controller, please use below settings in VESCTOOL and to match with the remote:
PPM Control Type: Current no reverse
PPM Mapping: Pulselength Start: 1.1ms; Pulselength End: 1.9ms; Pulselength Center: 1.5ms
Or you can use wizard mode to detect compatible value.
- Esk8 Mode is 1.5ms-1ms (Brake), 1.5ms-2ms (Speed up), 1.5ms is stop position.

Never connect one reclever to two or more V6/V75 based SUPERFOC ESCs or VESCs in an array! Permanent damage may result from Y-PPM wiring.

Exclusive 5V and 12V external power supply interfaces will not cause interference when powering analog circuits such as twist/thumb throttles.
2.Must do a good job of heat dissipation! If place it in a sealed container(recommend touse metal container), it must be forced to be cooled with water. Also make sure your container has enough space for the controller, make sure the cooling tube do not bent, otherwise will influence water flow in cooling tube, also make sure water flow is enough for cooling before office use.
3. Before the new ESC is officially used, please test it with a low-voltage and low-throttle, after success, then slowly increase voltage and throttle. Be sure to pay attention to safety during this period!
4. Recommend to add an electronic switch with short circuit protection function between the ESC and battery, such as MTS2009AS 300A electronic switch or BMS with switch function. It is not recommended to use only contactor without short circuit protection!
5. The battery and motor side terminals must be connected tightly, they can’t be loose. Also please make sure terminals not touch case or other wires, here's the video shows you the way to install cold-pressed terminal connector: https://youtu.be/unFfV9RPPCc
6. In actual use, please use hot melt glue to fix the hall/UART interface cables the corresponding sockets of the ESC, to prevent the cables loose due to the bumps of the vehicle!
7. Please do not disconnect relay switch or electronic switch during usage ! Otherwise it will cause electromagnetic interference, which might damage the controller.
